PARKING FOR VOLUNTEERS IS LOCATED AT:
8230 GREENWELL SPRINGS ROAD, BATON ROUGE, LA 70814
Volunteers will be shuttled to the volunteer site. You will then walk to the volunteer check-in tent, which will be clearly marked with a sign. Volunteers will sign an appearance release, receive a t-shirt, and a wristband at the check-in tent.
Please remember the school’s property will be a construction site for the duration of the renovation. Therefore, proper dress is required – closed-toe shoes are a must. Volunteer duties will vary depending on the needs of production, construction, design, and locations.
One meal will be provided for each volunteer per 6 hour shift in the catering tent.
Volunteers must be at least 18 years old, or accompanied with a parent/guardian while volunteering. No one under 12 years of age will be permitted on the property.

TIME: Please arrive at 10:00AM at the former Superstore parking lot
LOCATION: Parking will be at the former Real Superstore parking lot at 8230 Greenwell Springs Rd. The entrance is located off Lanier Drive. Buses will be shuttling people over from the parking lot to Lanier Elementary School.
NOTE: If you plan to attend this event, you MUST park in the former Superstore parking lot. There will be no parking at Lanier Elementary School. Attention All Students: Please wear your uniforms on this day. Please do not wear logos. No cameras or phones permitted.
